A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep, so that the same browser can be recognised on a later page or a later visit. Local storage does a similar job by a different route.
This policy covers both, and anything else that reads or writes on your device.

Strictly necessary items keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Everything else waits for your answer.

The exact inventory is confirmed once measurement is switched on. Until then the table describes categories rather than a closed list. At the time of writing no analytics or marketing tool is loaded on this site.

The first time you arrive, a notice offers three options: accept everything, reject everything, or choose category by category. Strictly necessary items are not part of the choice, because without them the site does not work.
Your answer is kept in your browser for 365 days, together with the version of this policy it refers to. It stays on your device: we cannot read it from our side. If you clear your browser data, or if we publish a new version of this policy, you are asked again.

Open the settings again whenever you like and change any category. Refusing costs you nothing: the site behaves exactly the same.

Every browser can block or delete cookies and site data, usually under Settings and then Privacy. Blocking everything will stop parts of this site from working properly, and it will also delete the record of your refusal, so you will be asked again on your next visit.

If we add a tool that reads or writes on your device, we update the table above and ask for your consent again before it runs.
Write to us and say which document you are asking about. We answer from the same address, and there is no telephone line to try instead.
