Hotels and Partners

One name on the desk.

For concierge desks, boutique properties, agencies and DMCs, for the guest who wants something Madrid does not sell over a counter. One contact, one written reply, one standard.

A recommendation carries your name.

The guest thanks the desk that sent them, and comes back to it when something goes wrong. We work to that, not to a booking count.

For your guest

Designed, not booked

We ask what the party actually wants before proposing anything. Nothing comes off a shelf: no fixed departure, no coach, no group of strangers.

One person, all the way through

The designer who writes the proposal books the suppliers and is on hand the day it runs. Your guest deals with one person throughout.

Reconfirmed before they land

Every timing, booking and meeting point is checked again three days ahead and re-sent in writing.

For your desk

One brief and it leaves your desk

Send the dates and the party. We take the questions, the changes and the requests you would rather not chase.

An answer you can hand over

A written reply within 24 hours and a proposal within 48, laid out so it can go straight to the guest without being rewritten.

Commission, agreed in writing

The rate is agreed with your property before the first referral and put in writing. We do not publish a standard percentage: it depends on the property and on what you send us.

Three ways to work together

Which one fits depends on how much of the arrangement your property wants to keep.

Referral

You pass us the guest and step out. We design, quote and run the day, keep the desk informed, and settle the commission on the terms agreed with your property.

Co-production

The property has the idea: an anniversary in the suite, a proposal on the terrace, a private evening for a guest who keeps coming back. We produce it and stay out of sight. The relationship stays yours.

Net rates

For agencies and DMCs pricing on their own margin. We quote net, you sell at your figure, and we never approach your client directly.

What a desk gets from us

A recommendation only travels as far as the material behind it. When we start working with a property, this is what goes to the desk, and it stays current.

  • One page per experience: duration, format, party size, what is included and what is not.
  • A rate sheet for your property, reissued whenever anything moves.
  • A seasonal note on what is worth booking now and what to leave for another month.
  • Meeting points, timings and confirmations in writing, so nobody at the desk is guessing.

Ask for whatever your desk actually uses and it gets made. Tell us what nobody reads and it stops.

Tell us about the property

Concierge desk, boutique hotel, agency or DMC: the first message only needs the basics. We will ask for the rest.

The quickest way to judge a supplier is to give them a real brief. Send us the next guest who asks for something that is not on anybody's website.
