The House
A house, not an agency.
One person designs your days and stays with them from the first message to the last evening.
We are not in the business of filling a calendar. We take a small number of parties each week, we know all of their names, and we would rather turn a date down than run it badly.
How we work
One designer, start to finish
The person who takes your first message writes the proposal, books the suppliers and is reachable on the day. Nothing is handed to a queue.
Our own network
Guides, drivers, photographers, florists and restaurants we have used ourselves. No marketplace, no subcontracting to whoever is free.
Someone is watching
Every commission is reviewed after the fact: what ran late, what the guests actually enjoyed, which supplier we will not use again.
Reconfirmed at 72 hours
Every booking, every timing, every meeting point, checked again three days before you land and re-sent to you in writing.
Who does what
The house is small on purpose. These are functions, not job titles collecting biographies.
- Travel design
- Takes the brief, builds the days, writes the proposal and holds the budget.
- Operations
- Books, reconfirms, briefs the guides and answers the phone when a plan changes.
- Guides and drivers
- A short list of professionals who work with us often enough to know the standard.
- Production
- For Curated Moments: florists, photographers, musicians and stylists, coordinated to the minute.
The standard we hold suppliers to
- Early, not on time. Meeting points confirmed the night before.
- Licensed and insured, and able to prove it.
- Discretion with everything they see and hear.
- A named replacement ready, at the same level, for every date.
- No commission taken from a shop or a restaurant behind your back.
Ask us something specific
The most useful first message is the awkward one: the tight connection, the relative who cannot walk far, the anniversary nobody can know about.
